Steward: Kelly Sturgis CONDITIONS: A. No work previously exhibited at a Society Show will be accepted. B. All prints must be submitted on photographic paper and mounted on card, of 200gsm or less than 2mm thick to prevent curling of prints (Chipboard, craft board, plywood or framed will NOT be accepted). Presentation matt board (card) must be a neutral colour i.e. black, white or grey. Note: Any prints inappropriately mounted will have points deducted. C. Only standard prints (10cm x 15cm) or larger will be accepted. D. Each entry shall be clearly marked on the back with the section number the print(s) are to be judged in and the name of the exhibitor. E. All due care will be taken with exhibits but the Society cannot accept liability for damage or loss of exhibits. F. Exhibits cannot be collected before 4.30 pm on the day of the show. G. Permission to use exhibits (with proper acknowledgement) may be sought for use of your photos by the Braidwood & Villages Tourism or the Show Society.
